The way we eat is essential for protecting the skin’s natural moisture and supporting the production of structural proteins, such as collagen and elastin. Make sure your diet is well balanced and rich in these nutrients: Vitamin C to promote the natural production of collagen in the skin; Mineral salts to repair and prevent signs of ageing; Phytoestrogens for skin elasticity, which are contained in soy products; Protein to repair and build new tissues and Omega 3 to counteract skin dryness. Daily movement and water are the best allies for reaching your ideal body shape. We recommend water low in sodium and rich in magnesium.

Ingredients: 100 g of grapes, 60 g of celery, ½ peeled pineapple, ½ lemon with peel
